As of 2:00pm PST, we have been experiencing difficulties in the Admin Pages of eCollege. We are unable to grant access, edit profile information, and other unknown features might be impacted. We have been assured by eCollege that Support Teams are reviewing this matter and we will be notified once this issue is resolved.

Most Recent eCollege Update 7:43am PST May 19, 2011:

The admin pages issues were resolved yesterday around 5:30 pm MT. Our (eCollege) teams were able to get the processes back online and running but were not able to pinpoint what had caused the problems.  Our teams continued to assess the situation last night and will do so throughout the day today.  Since they are still researching definitive communication on the issue may be delayed.
